LOCATION: Simrit Kurdistan
CLIENT: Hunt Oil Company, Iraq/ MRV-Abu Dhabi
Successfully completed the Detailed Engineering Design of 13 KM Water Injection flowline Project in the oil field of Simrit in Kurdistan region of Iraq for HUNT OIL, Iraq.
S3 FLOW LINE PIPELINE ROUTE MAP-SIMRIT
The pipeline was designed with non-conventional pipe “Soluforce M570 GT” which is most suitable for produced water from oil wells. The optimum size 6” was selected based on the study using PIPENET Ver 1.08 Analysis for its capacity, Length , terrain & Fittings needed. The requirements of Safety Block Valve/Isolation Valves, Pressure reduction Station etc. were finalized.
The requirement of Transfer Pumps (n+1), Study, possibility of using existing re-run pumps, and requirement of filters were analyzed and the required pumps are selected. The Tie-in of the flow line to water storage tank at S3 location and its control was studied and design completed.
The Detailed Engineering consist of multi-disciplinary work associated with Process , Safety (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL), Civil, Piping , Cross country pipeline, Electrical, and Instrumentation. Detailed review of design and engineering, construction risks, and Constructability were completed during the course of the work.
The project was completed ahead of time with utmost satisfaction of the client. The Engineering Design project value was 85000 USD.

ReGulf has been given the responsibility to Design and Engineer the Gas supply piping system from the gas supplier ExxonMobil to Dirio for their Gas based power plant was awarded to ReGulf by Allara Energy Australia.
DIRIO CENTRAL PROVINCE LOCATION MAP
The following is the detailed engineering scope of the Project and it stands completed:
ExxonMobil supplies the gas from a valve station through DN200 buried piping system with Temporary Pig launcher and Pig Receiver facilities. A New Costumer station designed with facilities for suppling Fuel gas to other costumers apart from Dirio power plant. DN80 buried line transports fuel gas to the three Gas Turbines through a Custody Metering facility.
The Detail Engineering consist of Process Engineering, Safety studies (HAZID, HAZOP, SIL), CIVIL, PIPING, Cross country pipeline, Electrical, and Instrumentation including design and integration with the DCS of the DIRIO Power plant. The Engineering Design project value is One Million AUD $. Project Management consultancy service during Construction and Commissioning phase of the project in Papua New Guinea is included in the scope. Detailed review of design and engineering, construction risks, and Constructability were completed during the course of the work.
Procurement support including preparation of material requisition containing VDRL, SDRL, Deviation Request form, SPIR form; Technical Bid Analysis, and preparation of Purchase requisition ; Vendor document review, responding to queries from Vendors and construction contractor during all the phases of the project too was in the scope of ReGulf
Designed Radioactive waste material disposal Shed having 40.5 X 11 meters size. The disposal shed consist of radioactive material dumping compartment and ramps for loading and unloading facilities on both sides.
The design consist of Civil and Structural detail fabrication and construction drawing such as roof, purlins, joints, side skirtings etc.
LOCATION: Puthuvypeen, Kochi
CLIENT: Mastek Engineer
A major Indian Multinational fortune 500 Oil and Gas Corporation intends to construct a sea water intake facility at their jetty at Puthuvypeen SEZ. The Sea Water Intake system consist of three numbers of vertical Turbine pumps P-101 A/B/C, having an intake capacity of 1000 M3/hr and a discharge Pressure of 3.5 Kg/cm2g . The pumps house and the filtration & dosing system is erected inside the sea to get sufficient head for the pump. To avoid slits and debris the pumps are placed inside concrete Cassion.
The seawater piping system is selected non-conventional material GRP(Glass Reinforced Plastic) due to the high corrosion properties of sea water. The size of the piping system is 600 DN (discharge line) connected to Pre-Filter, F-101A/B/C/D/E of 1000 microns and Fine Filter, F-102A/B/C/D/E of 100 microns for segregating debris in the sea water intake. The intake sea water is pumped through the 600 OD GRP pipeline to Heat Exchanger E-101A/B/C/D for heating up the LPG.
The sea water after passing through the Heat Exchanger will be flow through 600 OD GRP sea water return line and discharged to open sea. The sea water intake sump/caisson is having inner dimensions of 4 x 6.5 meters length. The sea water is used to heat up the propane ( at – 15 Deg C) and butane (-35 Deg C). The scope for work was P& ID drafting, Preparation of Piping GA drawing, Piping Unit Plot Plan , Pipe support key plan, Piping Isometric, Stress Analysis, and adequacy study of pump and caisson.
